The Lakeshore Drive apartment is a residential project that combined three separate apartments into one living arrangement. For the first floor, it was created to be the public space containing the living
room, kitchen, home office, and the guest bedroom. The second floor will contain the master bedroom suite, allowing the tenants to have complete privacy.

The clients are a couple that is art collectors who also host many gatherings for their friends and family. They plan to retire and settle at this apartment so they hope for a space that would cater to their lifestyle. A key component of the apartment is the large windows that allow views from every part of the apartment of the beautiful lake and the city. By designing the first floor into an open layout, it allows for maximum use of space to entertain. To give the couple a private sanctuary, the second floor is their en suite, allowing them to get away from the first floor and to have their own privacy.
